Erin Maloney Hits Walk-Off Grand Slam Home Run!

Clermont, Florida - Freshman Erin Maloney hit a Walk-Off Grand Slam Home Run to give the Saint Rose Golden Knights a 12-10 over Dowling College on Sunday March 6, 2016. The home run was Erin's first of her college career. The Golden Knights trailed by five runs entering the bottom of the seventh inning. The Golden Knights started a rally and pushed three runs across the plate. Erin came to bat with the bases loaded, two outs, and sent the three ball one strike pitch high over the left fence capping off a 7th inning rally giving the Golden Knights the victory. For her accomplishments, Erin was named Saint Rose Athlete of the Week on March 8th.
